Hi! I am a speech language pathologist and educational psychologist with over 2 years experience working with children and their families. Throughout my career I have worked in a variety of settings and have amassed a great deal of knowledge in early intervention. I am passionate about following a family-centered approach to treatment within the motivational framework of play. I partner with families to help each child reach their highest level of function. I specialize in a positive approach to intervention; recognizing and bolstering childrens strengths and remediating and intervening in areas of improvement.

Hi! Im Manal. I am an embodiment coach movement and dance facilitator and nervous system educator for over 1 years. My approach to coaching is cultivating embodied awareness and a deeper understanding of our nervous system through movement noticing body sensations with curiosity and no judgments. I am passionate about supporting individuals connect to their inner wisdom through slowing down and becoming quiet enough to listen to their body wisdom. Understanding and mapping my nervous system has transformed my life especially in my role as a mother of two teenage sons and in making decisions. I have have worked with and participated in many international initiatives and conferences and gained a lot of experiences. I love coffee and having conversations that matter which lead to me creating the Arabic podcast Start the Conversation in 22.

What inspires and interests me are a few things from creating my own oil paintings (because I very well know the cathartic relief it provides) as well as having the ability to help my clients through lifes adversities by building their resilience and strengths and providing them with positive coping strategies. I relish the moments when I integrate yoga therapy along with art therapy in my workshops. What makes me me is the fact that I integrate art into my psychology practice because art has access to parts of the brain that “talk therapy” doesnt. It has been scientifically proven and I witness it with my clients on a daily basis. I love what I do and I think that is one of the biggest motivations and inspiration that you actually love what you do.
