Hi, I’m Irina. I am an ICF accredited Transformational Coach with leadership background in a fast paced corporate environment. I help my clients create, grow and scale businesses they feel passionate about. The progress is primarily achieved through higher clarity of their true desires and aspirations (vs. what is imposed by the family, culture, society etc.), as well as through identifying and letting go of the thinking patterns that are holding them back. My approach is a blend of a deep psychological discovery with structure and accountability to ensure that the progress is both sustainable and rapid. I am passionate about helping people discover new possibilities and do things they never thought were possible for them. Outside of coaching I enjoy learning new things in different domains, continuously deepening my yoga practice, sports and travelling.
